Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Loopxo Wallet account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@loopxo.app from the email address associated with your Loopxo account, or clearly identify the verified mobile number on the account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What we delete

After verification, Loopxo will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Loopxo identity that is not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate transaction-record purposes.

Historical invoices, transactions, store records, or other information that a participating business or Loopxo must retain under applicable law may be kept for the required period and then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Processing time

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days unless applicable law requires a different period or the request is unusually complex.
